Visit the contact page, if you think a Havanese might be a good match for you.
Havanese have a gentle, but fun-loving disposition. They are content to sit quietly in your lap, or play an active game of tug-o-war. They are happy to show off bows and clothes at a party, or to go for a 4 mile hike on a woodsy trail.
The Havanese is a long-haired, non-shedding breed. They can be clipped, or given an adorable "puppy cut", but many Havanese lovers enjoy taking the time to groom their soft silky coats
Puppies have a right to be born in a loving home.
Puppies who are raised at home, are more likely to develop into calm, happy pets because they have positive, early learning experiences.
We take care to make sure our puppies adjust to the interesting smells and sounds of each room of our house. They have lots of opportunities to explore. They think it is fun to slide about on a smooth floor, peek under a bed, or roll over on a fuzzy rug. The washing machine, dryer, and vacuum make friendly sounds and give off fun vibrations. Exposure to a variety of sensory experiences at a young age helps our dogs to be ready for normal household routines when they go to their forever homes with you.

Puppies need intellectual stimulation just like babies. Every day our puppies are given problems to solve during playtime. They search for treats under a variety of objects, and they play fun games that require attentive listening and good reflexes. These activities are also opportunities for early obedience training.
House breaking begins early here. Dogs have a natural instinct to keep their sleeping quarters clean. At three weeks, our puppies are ready to begin their new potty routine on absorbent pads that are placed in the farthest section of the whelping area. This process continues with paper and pads placed in a designated area in the house. Finally the puppies follow their pads outside.
